How can I make a purchase?
Shopping at nurtureargan.com is easy:

  • Login to nurtureargan.com
  • To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
  • To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column
  • To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the xxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. The total price will be updated with the discount
  • Review your order at the Cart Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘Secure Checkout’
  • Fill in all necessary details for your shipping details (NO PO BOX), click on ‘Proceed to Purchase’ to choose your preferred payment method
  • Please review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment
  • You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email

•    Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

We know how exciting it is to receive orders on time, therefore we are unable to amend any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order.
•    May I buy products directly at your warehouse?

All purchases through nurtureargan.com will need to be made online.
Can I purchase items in bulk and can i get more discounts?

We may consider purchasing of items in bulk, please contact us at http://www.nurtureargan.com/. We may limit the number available for purchase, so that as many clients as possible may enjoy our merchandise. The products available at Nurture Argan including any samples are for your personal use only. Please visit our Legal Terms of Use Page for more information.
•    Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go through them individually as this will cause delays to all other orders. Please review your items before completing your orders. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped unless the items are Out OF Stock.
•    I am having issues using the coupon/voucher code

Please check if :
•    The coupon/voucher code has expired
•    Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only
•    Each order can only use 1 coupon/voucher
•    The coupon/voucher may not be valid for  discounted items or promotional items
•    You have use a non-participating Credit Card for the coupon discount
•    Rewards Redemption and discounts cannot be used at the same time during Sale
•    Can I order through phone?

•    What do I do when items in my cart are Out of Stock?
We know how annoying it is when your favorite items are out of stock. In the event that your item is unavailable, please click the “Remove Me” tab located under the specific item. This will not affect the rest of the items in your cart. In order to know when the product is back in stock, we suggest clicking “Waitlist Me” located on the specific product page. You will then receive an automated email as soon as the item is available.
•    I am facing problems ordering through my mobile device
Nurture Argan is compatible on most mobile devices and browsers. We suggest restarting the browser and clearing the cache before logging onto http://www.nurtureargan.com/. If you continue to face problems, please send a screenshot of the error to http://www.nurtureargan.com/ and we will assist you.
•    What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?
Please contact us immediately at http://www.nurtureargan.com/with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back by our courier.

•    What kind of payment method may I use at nurtureargan.com?
Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) Paypal Online Bank Transfer Cash On Delivery on selected Kuala Lumpur areas. Please enter your post code at checkout to identify if COD is available in your area.
•    Is payment via Cash On Delivery safe?
Your security is very important to us. We work closely with our courier company to ensure Cash On Delivery orders are safe. You will be required to sign an invoice upon delivery, which will confirm and ensure the collection of your cash.

We believe in hassle-free shipping and ship on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final order purchase price. If you are charged any import taxes or duties, please contact us for assistance. Please include your order details and duty/tax documentation in your email.
•    What should I do if my order has not arrived?

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid. 
In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Nurture Argan will not be liable for any replacement or refund. 
The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.
•    Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
There is no re-delivery fee. If you are not available to receive the order, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to Nurture Argan in Malaysia. RETURNS
•    What is the return and exchange policy?
For defective and incorrect items, we have a 3-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
•    Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
•    Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
•    If you change your mind about the product, please see instructions below.
•    This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable

Refund is only applicable if item is out of stock
•    What do I do if I had allergic reactions?
Nurture Argan is natural (pure bio and organic) product with no chemical. There has been no report of any allergic reaction whatsoever. Please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to http://www.nurtureargan.com/  Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.
2. What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I changed my mind?
Unfortunately we do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or you changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order.
•    Can I return items purchased online at a Nurture Argan in Malaysia?

•    Can I test the products before buying them online?
As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. However, we do have a dedicated team of body care experts that are ready to answer all your body care questions. They are well-versed on every product we carry - and even use them in their daily routines. 

ACCOUNT
•    Will my personal information be shared with third parties?

•    I am having problems logging into my account
If you receive a message stating that your email address/password is not recognized - please follow the steps below:
•    Please clear your cache and browser history. Close and open a new browser.
•    Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
•    If you are unable to recall your password, click on “forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account
If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. You will need to close and open a new browser after 30 minutes to re-sign in. VIP PASS
•    What is the Nurture Argan VIP Pass Program?
Nurture Argan VIP Pass is a rewards program (“Program”) that allows you to receive discount, receive member exclusive promotions, welcome and birthday surprises and the latest body care news. The Program is available in-stores and online and applicable for customer purchase of product in a single receipt RM500 and above (after discount).
•    How do I become a Nurture Argan VIP Pass Member?
By Purchasing Products RM500 and above in a single receipt (after discount)
•    What are Rewards?
Rewards include receiving discount, receiving member exclusive promotions, welcome and birthday surprises and the latest body care news.
•    How do I redeem Rewards?
Once you log into your account online, you can add VIP Pass number to your basket. You can also add your VIP Pass number during the checkout process. All discounts can be redeemed only upon purchase of merchandise. 
•    Can I return Rewards?
Unfortunately, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for cash, for another product, Gift Card, or e-gift certificate at any time.
•    Can I combine multiple VIP Pass rewards, 10% off rewards and existing 10% off vouchers with and/or with other promotions?
Birthday month rewards, 10% off rewards, welcome rewards and existing 10% off vouchers may not be combined and may not be used with any other discounts or promotions.
•    How many levels / tiers are there in the VIP Pass Program?
The Nurture Argan VIP Pass Program has two tiers: VIP Pass Card and VIP Infinity Card.
•    How long does my membership last and how do I qualify for a higher tier?
Your VIP Pass membership status is valid for 12 months, starting from the date you qualify for your current status. Your status for the following year is based on the amount you spend in the current 12-month period.
a. Nurture Argan VIP Pass Card 
You can earn the Nurture Argan VIP Pass Card status by spending a minimum of RM500 on merchandise (excluding the purchase of e-Gift Cards, Gift Cards, taxes and/or shipping fees) online or in Nurture Argan stores in a single purchase. The Nurture Argan VIP Pass Card 
status remains for 365 days from the date the Nurture Argan member qualifies; after that, you will have to maintain a minimum purchase in single receipt  of RM500 (excluding the purchase of e-Gift Cards, Gift Cards, taxes and/or shipping fees)  one time purchase every 12 months to retain your Nurture Argan VIP Pass Card status.
b. Nurture Argan VIP Infinity Card
You can earn the Nurture Argan VIP Infinity Card status by spending a minimum of RM1,500 on merchandise (excluding the purchase of e-Gift Cards, Gift Cards, taxes and/or shipping) online or in Nurture Argan stores in a single purchase. The Nurture Argan VIP Infinity Card status remains for 365 days from the date the Nurture Argan member qualifies; after that, you will have to maintain a minimum purchase in single receipt  of RM1,500 (excluding the purchase of e-Gift Cards, Gift Cards, taxes and/or shipping fees)  one time purchase every 12 months to retain your Nurture Argan VIP Infinity Card status.
•    How do I maintain my membership status for the following year?
a. Nurture Argan VIP Pass Card
To maintain your Nurture Argan VIP Pass Card status for the following year, you need to spend a minimum of RM500 on merchandise online or in Nurture Argan stores in single purchase within 365 days from the date you qualify for the Nurture Argan VIP Pass Card.
b. Nurture Argan VIP Infinity Card
To maintain your Nurture Argan VIP Infinity Card status for the following year, you need to spend a minimum of RM1, 500 on merchandise online or in Nurture Argan stores in single purchase within 365 days from the date you qualify for the Nurture Argan VIP Infinity Card.
•    Do I need to pay a fee for the Nurture Argan VIP Pass/Infinity Card Program?
No, Nurture Argan VIP Pass / Infinity Card membership is complimentary with purchase of the minimum required amount in a single receipt.
•    What do I do if my Nurture Argan VIP Pass/Infinity Membership Card is lost or stolen?
In the event that your Nurture Argan VIP Pass/Infinity Card has been stolen or misplaced, you may approach us to cancel your card and re-apply for a new card. Upon verification, your new card would be issued within 7 working days upon payment of replacement fee of RM50. 
•    What are the benefits of Nurture Argan VIP Pass membership?
As a Nurture Argan VIP Pass member, you are entitled to the following exclusive rewards and privileges:
•    Welcome Reward - one time redemption online only

You will receive your birthday email once a year, on the 1st day of your birthday month. If you signed up for the Nurture Argan VIP Pass/Infinity Program in the middle of your birthday month, unfortunately, you will not receive a Birthday Offers email.
•    How can I redeem my Birthday Gift?
Nurture Argan VIP Pass/Infinity members are eligible to redeem one birthday gift per year during their birthday month. No purchase is necessary when you are redeeming your birthday gift in-store. To redeem online, a merchandise purchase is required. Please click on your loyalty redemption tab at checkout to receive your birthday gift.
Due to limited quantities, substitution of gifts may occur. Gifts will be available while stocks last. This offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Nurture Argan at its sole discretion at any time.
•    What are VIP Pass/Infinity Store Events?
Nurture Argan VIP Pass/Infinity members may receive exclusive invitations to events in-store. As space is limited at these events, prior registration is required. Please follow the instructions you receive in your invitation email to register for the event. You will be asked to show your RSVP Confirmation Invite at the event. We regret that we may be unable to register you for an event once it reaches full capacity, due to space limitations.
•    Do I get a Nurture Argan VIP Pass/Infinity card if I sign up online?
No, you will not be issued a Nurture Argan VIP Pass/ Infinity membership card if you sign up online without the minimum purchased required. 
•    How do I change or update my personal details?
Please log into your online account to update your Name, Email and Mobile Number. You may email customer service at contact@nurtureargan.com to update your address details.
•    Can I earn point with my membership card?
No points will be awarded but you would be entitled for discount which nonmembers are not eligible to.
•    Will I receive points when I purchase a Nurture Argan Gift Card?
No points will be awarded when you buy a Nurture Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be purchased in Nurture Argan Stores and can only be redeemed within the country the card was purchased in. Gift Cards must be redeemed in one purchase. Unused value on the Gift Card cannot be redeemed afterwards. However gift card purchased online can be redeemed online.

•    Are your products authentic?
Yes. We manufacture all our products and all products are strictly complies with our company outstanding quality.
•    Can I get a list of ingredients for a product?

•    Can you notify me when an “Out of stock” product is back in stock?
We love our body care products and know how frustrating it is when a product is out of stock. Please click the “Waitlist Me” button located on the product page. You will receive an automated notification via email once the item is back in stock.
•    Do you offer product samples?
We offer specially curated samples, which are available upon checkout. Please choose from the available samples on the checkout page before going to the shipping page. Due to high demand, we offer 1 sample per order and on a while stock last basis.

At the moment, we do not allow gift vouchers purchased online to be used in Store. However, gift vouchers purchased in Stores can only be redeemed in store of the same country the gift voucher is purchased.

•    How do I book a makeover at Nurture Argan stores?
Complimentary Custom Makeover when you spend more than RM500 in a single receipt (please book immediately). Valid makeover card required. Please check your custom makeover card for validity.
